Pros
For me the pros are the remote day program, they do a lot of outing for the employees. They have a laid back atmosphere regarding work attire.
Cons
The pay is low, people are pushed into jobs they don't want. Currently my manger does not have as much experience as I do on our client and he didn't want to be a manager, but they said he had to take the job. Working for someone with no management experience and less client experience is very challenging. They do not require current managers to go to management training but highly suggest it if you are interested in moving into management. Also, upper management will define a policy and not stick to it. I have had 2 people moved to different positions within the company after being in their position for less than 6 months.
