      Pros

      The salary is probably 10% higher than similar positions in the industry.

      Cons

      If you're not coming in as a consultant then don't bother trying to make a career at CBRE. Most of the managers and senior managers are former consultants. They rarely promote from within the company but instead hire buddies from their former consultant companies. Most of the new work is either outsourced out or performed by consultants. Senior management could care less about your grievances. Everyone is looking out for themselves.

      Pros

      The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

      Cons

      I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
