If only they could get rid of a particular Supervisor in the Call Center side (Columbus, OH location) this Company would have a better review. Favoritism is a major downfall here. You have to behave obsequiously, especially to keep your job. They don’t make their system user friendly for the not so Technology Savvy Contractors. This company does not pay their Vendors fast enough, therefore the Vendors would treat the Customer Representatives like scum.
