      Great place to be trained. The name will carry with you if you decide to move to a smaller company.

      Cons

      Massive. Seems like it takes a long time to move up. Pay is crap. But did just reinstate 401k matching!

      Pros

      The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

      Cons

      I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      Cons

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
