Pros

I was able to aquire a few certifications while working here and the pay was good.

Cons

Everything else. -Lack of communication -Constantly changing schedule and directives from management. You'd get in trouble for doing what they told you to do just a few minutes earlier. -Each team is compartmentalized so extremely that working with other teams felt like training for an entirely different job. -Lied to about my job duties and requirements prior to getting hired on. -We were perpetually understaffed which meant double or triple workload at all times. -We were not supplied with all of the correct equipment as promised, in certain situations we had to wait for a nearby team to lend us their tools. -Unnecessary rules and processes EVERYWHERE. These had nothing to do with safety and only ever served to make every step of every task take much much longer than it needed to. -Told to create and/or complete work orders a certain way to "boost our numbers". -Yelled at for creating work orders to fix certain malfunctioning equipment as "those repairs cost money, which means it'll show up on our year end report. If you make those work orders I'm writing you up". Yeah, got threatened with a write up for doing my job. -Hostile work environment.

Pros

Best software apps like Adobe Suite plus everyone in marketing has Macs. Good benefits including a generous PTO available on Day 1 and is carried over for whatever hours you don't use in a year. You get more PTO after 5, 10, 15, 20 years of service.

Cons

There are no defined advancement opportunities for designers after the Senior Designer role. Compensation tends to fall below market rates, even though the company expects strong technical proficiency and exceptional creative performance.
