- At the beginning of my career with this company, there were some issues with lack of training and management guidance. The management tried their best but some seemed to not care about the employees, so it was like a revolving door.
- Pay rate is low and sometimes not within the market value.
- Even if you don't have the experience for any job but the management likes you, 1) they will create a job specifically for you and may even promote you. Too many umbrellas and regular employees sometimes do not get the annual raise they deserve because of this. 2) They will keep promoting someone even if they've only been in the role for 6 months (or less than a year), then you'll see the same person getting a promotion again within the same year. Again, this goes to show that if they like you, the management will find ways.
- Annual raise - they only take into account the cost of living. It does not matter how much work you have put in the last year. So I suggest only working at a minimum.
- There is no sick leave. You will have to use your PTO for this.
- Medical benefits are expensive if you have a family (I guess this is a common issue for all). It seems like you are not pocketing any $$$ after all the taxes and benefits.
