Good stepping stone to prepare you for your next job, very understandable when life happens, senior management value family and care for employees future.

Cons

LONG HOURS, low compensation, HIGH employee turnover, no scheduled training, you learn as you go. There is only a couple of managers that know what they are doing and truly care for the company.

Lure you here with pay scale,and then change your compensation a lot .Poor management for trucking department .No work and still hiring drivers!
