      Pros

      Great benefits and highly respected company in the business. Challenging and exciting work that is especially worthwhile when for infrastructure!

      Cons

      Used to stand by its people no matter what as long as you did your part. Now it is short term bottom line making the decisions and not the long term investment in personnel.

As our company continues to grow, long term investment in our personnel is key to our success. Our senior leadership team completed Town Hall style meetings in many of our locations this past fall in order to gain valuable insight and feedback into how we can continue to improve and include our employees in our long term decision making processes.       Pros

      Truly the best company I have ever worked for! C-suite executives are all down to earth and easy to talk to about anything. Fair pay, the best team anyone can ask for, and plenty of perks to make coming into the office 3 days a week seem not so bad.

      Cons

      No real cons to speak of. There has been a lot of turnover lately, which makes everyone a little nervous about the environment once they find replacements who may or may not fit the current culture. Cheaper insurance would be nice.
