Management only cares about themselves. HR is terrible. They don't respond to the employees and when they do, they give incorrect or conflicting answers.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. From the top down, the key to our business is our commitment to not only customer service, but to our employees. Because taking care of our employees is one of our core values, we're always looking for ways to improve our communication. Our HR team has recently implemented a ticket system to provide better service to our employees and has also gained new team members to stay on pace with the company's rapid growth. Although we aren't perfect, we do strive to provide an environment where associates feel they're valued, treated fairly and respected.

Pros

Truly the best company I have ever worked for! C-suite executives are all down to earth and easy to talk to about anything. Fair pay, the best team anyone can ask for, and plenty of perks to make coming into the office 3 days a week seem not so bad.

Cons

No real cons to speak of. There has been a lot of turnover lately, which makes everyone a little nervous about the environment once they find replacements who may or may not fit the current culture. Cheaper insurance would be nice.
