Pros

The only pros are the employees that work there and the benefits.

Cons

This is absolutely the worst place to work. Upper management is very unethical and has discriminated against women on more than one occasion. Another member of management is extremely ignorant and has no mind of his own. These individuals are very inappropriate with the things that they share with each other and some of their employees. If you are a male in like working in a very chauvinistic environment this might be the right place for you. The parent company, Cook and Boardman would like to make people think they are better than this but they are not. They’ve had several complaints from both current and previous employees about how women are treated there and yet these two managers are still employed there. So don’t let their title of “Great Place to Work” fool you. If they truly cared about what all of their employees thought, these two individuals would’ve been gone along time ago.

Pros

Truly the best company I have ever worked for! C-suite executives are all down to earth and easy to talk to about anything. Fair pay, the best team anyone can ask for, and plenty of perks to make coming into the office 3 days a week seem not so bad.

Cons

No real cons to speak of. There has been a lot of turnover lately, which makes everyone a little nervous about the environment once they find replacements who may or may not fit the current culture. Cheaper insurance would be nice.
