Good pay, horrible training - Estimator CBX Solutions Employee Review

Truly the best company I have ever worked for! C-suite executives are all down to earth and easy to talk to about anything. Fair pay, the best team anyone can ask for, and plenty of perks to make coming into the office 3 days a week seem not so bad.

No real cons to speak of. There has been a lot of turnover lately, which makes everyone a little nervous about the environment once they find replacements who may or may not fit the current culture. Cheaper insurance would be nice.

Flexibility, supportive team, good systems

Invoice discrepancies and vendor follow-ups can be time-consuming, pay progression can feel gradual,
