      Pros

      If you put in the extra hours and were ruthless with your customers, you could take home a lot of money.

      Cons

      Having the backing of Cook and Boardman gives you negotiating power and, in theory, weight to back you in the field. But in reality, I found upper management was concerned about their personal bonuses more than the success of individual projects. And the old-boys-club attitude of managers worked against you.

      Pros

      Truly the best company I have ever worked for! C-suite executives are all down to earth and easy to talk to about anything. Fair pay, the best team anyone can ask for, and plenty of perks to make coming into the office 3 days a week seem not so bad.

      Cons

      No real cons to speak of. There has been a lot of turnover lately, which makes everyone a little nervous about the environment once they find replacements who may or may not fit the current culture. Cheaper insurance would be nice.
