The people in Bangor are very knowledgeable and are great to work with.

Cons

Eventually I hit a threshold where there was no room to move up. Cook & Boardman are penny pinchers and will keep you on for as little as possible for as long as possible.

Pros

Truly the best company I have ever worked for! C-suite executives are all down to earth and easy to talk to about anything. Fair pay, the best team anyone can ask for, and plenty of perks to make coming into the office 3 days a week seem not so bad.

Cons

No real cons to speak of. There has been a lot of turnover lately, which makes everyone a little nervous about the environment once they find replacements who may or may not fit the current culture. Cheaper insurance would be nice.
