      Pros

      A lot of employees who are down to earth and pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      I couldn't say better what one review already said: Lack of decent pay, no work life balance, upper management doesn’t care about you only the bottom dollar, newer employees don’t stay long, messages is always negative about something not getting done. Only friends of leaders are successful here, has nothing to do with merit.

      Pros

      Truly the best company I have ever worked for! C-suite executives are all down to earth and easy to talk to about anything. Fair pay, the best team anyone can ask for, and plenty of perks to make coming into the office 3 days a week seem not so bad.

      Cons

      No real cons to speak of. There has been a lot of turnover lately, which makes everyone a little nervous about the environment once they find replacements who may or may not fit the current culture. Cheaper insurance would be nice.
