It doesn’t feel overly corporate, which I appreciate. The mission—helping independent businesses succeed—actually comes through in the work, which makes it feel meaningful. There’s also a good level of stability, and if you’re someone who likes to take initiative, you can definitely grow and carve out opportunities for yourself. Leadership is accessible and makes an effort to communicate, and there’s been a noticeable focus on listening to employees and continuing to improve. It’s one of those places where people tend to stay a long time, which says a lot. Overall, it’s a solid place to work with good people, a collaborative environment, and a company that’s trying to do the right things.
