Pros
What I value the most about CCA is the fact that you are not just an employee that may sit in a cube. Your voice and your opinions are not only heard, but valued. To have access to our CEOs is not present at many companies that I have been a part of. One of the values that CCA prides itself on is its entrepreneurial spirit. We embrace that with our members and also with our staff. CCA is the most unique place that I have ever worked. It embodies all that I deem as good qualities that a company needs to have to be successful. The overall culture of the company is very employee-centric. CCA seems to realize that by keeping its staff happy and satisfied this increases the work flow and productivity. I have never worked for a company that displayed more flexibility with its employees. CCA truly does value family and makes it very clear when things come up regarding employee’s families, that they come first. I find the work that I do each and every day to be very satisfying. It is not often that your work directly impacts so many people, and to serve them on a daily basis, hear their success stories, and spend time with them multiple times per year ties it all together and really shows me that what we do makes a difference.
Cons
I would never say that a company is 1005 perfect, but the few imperfections that CCA may exhibit are not worth mentioning here.
