      Small software company in a stable industry (auto insurance isn't going anywhere fast) Good Location - Merchandise Mart Chicago- near trains You can get to know everyone Pay is comparable

      Cons

      Company doesn't invest in internal tools and training Old fashioned/Manual concepts still in place Not enough automation for a technology company Not enough skilled managers- have not been trained or provided with proper skills Company is wasting money on building products that aren't selling Morale is in the tank since layoffs have been going on consistently over the last few years
