3yAt CCC, we value every employee’s perspective, including those on H1B or OPT. As this employee is no longer with CCC we have no way to address the concerns he expressed regarding his team and its leadership. They don’t reflect CCC as a company. Our annualized turnover rate in 2022 – the year of the great resignation – was 11%. In October of 2022 we conducted our annual engagement survey. With an 87% response rate, our overall results placed us in the top quartile of US companies for engagement.
Regarding compensation, online salary information is self-reported, which is why all major employers use actual salary data when benchmarking pay. In addition to base pay, every CCC employee is eligible for both bonus and stock.
