Cons
Very poor management which is driving the place into the ground. Supervisor's have no freedom to do their job therefore... They don't. Stand up for yourself and you will be marked as a trouble maker unnecessarily and could lead to your demise. Management tends to get in over their head with contracts and certain partners. Plain to see future outcomes of said contracts lead to termination or laying off of some 15 people and was performed last minute with no warning. Shadily let go individuals with medical alements, elderly, and anyone that posed a threat to their inner circle. Made their quick buck and threw the help to the curb. Poor vacation package. Accrue overtime. If something happens and you're off work and forced to use PTO balance before any other money's come. It is then nearly impossible to get any vacation time back. Earn about 7 hours of vacation a month.
