The management is uneducated, They don’t even know how to do the work they’re telling you to do 100% of the time, they will even tell you they haven’t touched any of our softwares in decades. You will see people that have been here for 30 to 40 years devoting the majority of their life to this company with nothing to show. You will hear people talk about being stressed about bills or if they will ever make anything of themselves as they’re promised promotions that never occur and make a wage that does not reflect the cost of living in the area or the needs of the employee. They will tell you you’re right on the heels of a promotion for five plus years constantly pushing you to do more while also moving you from project to project every single week so you can never adapt or catch up, that promotion will never come. They will put you on a new project with hardly any training at all, then pull you in to complain to you about your numbers afterwards. They will talk to you as if you’re stupid or as if there’s something wrong with your work ethic when it is their constant changing of projects and their lack of support is the reasoning to your low numbers They WILL make you feel like your life is not really valuable They WILL make you feel like just a number and they may even make you believe it. In times of crisis they will show that they only care about their numbers not the employees They will talk about quarterly bonuses that rarely happen, when they do it’s no more than fifty dollars and when they don’t they make sure to tell you that it’s your fault and to push harder to hopefully get an extra fifty dollars in another three months
