Pros
Literally the only positive about working here was the weekly paycheck. Not that the compensation was competitive. It wasn't. It was laughable to be honest. But receiving it on a weekly basis was nice.
Cons
Far too many to name. Ultimately this is a company that doesn't know who it is or what their mission is. I was employed long enough at a high level. I held a key leadership position which is why I didn't post what it was. During my years there, I watched the company change direction annually at minimum. This left the employees feeling as though their last year of dedicated work was for nothing. Compound that with the fact that the CEO has literally said, "I don't understand the need for Human Resources" and you have all you need to help you stay clear of this company. At least until the old regime is out, or they sell to someone that knows what they're doing. I should note that I chose to leave. I recognize this scathing review may come across as a spurned former employee who was fired. Not the case. I just managed to get out while I could.
