Pros
Good pay Health insurance Employee appreciation lunches (no fancy catering but the lunches were decent) Decent co-workers
Cons
Full time in office. Personally was a massive downgrade for me job wise since I had previously worked hybrid/remote only. I wasn't prepared for how mundane and boring a full time in office job can be, at CCL it was worse. At least if you had social co-workers or a company that wasn't so stringent it wouldn't be so bad. Not much team spirit, they don't get much into the festive mood. Everyone is always busy working. Lunch is not paid, so you're at work 8.5 hours daily. Only 2 weeks of vacation for the first 4 years of service. 3 month probation period for insurance . Lots of paperwork and long tedious processes that could easily be streamlined. Really old system they use to process their orders. Not much advancement, lots of old dinosaurs that are stuck to their jobs and have been working at the company 10-20+ years. No phones, music, headphones at least when I worked there, not sure if things changed. The job already is mundane so it was just another con. No name tags/plates on desks so if you are new it might be hard to remember names. Overall if you have the option, I would accept an offer elsewhere.
