The Departments/managers fail to support the floor. Daily struggle to battle machine, personnel, policy, and lack of support issues. Break policy is difficult day by day, break by break and puts quality at jeapardy. Work 12 hour shifts but holiday pay is 8 hours. HR department is run badly and is in need of a corporate employee hotline. Ccl has thousands of employees but the healthcare premium and out of pocket costs are super high. Favoritism. Us vs them attitude.
