This company has the potential to be molded into a good place to work. There are some good loyal people, but they are not the ones who have influence. There is no company culture because of the way the company is structured
Cons
It is like working for 70 very small companies...lots of wanna be "big fishes" in small ponds. CEO has favorites and makes sure everyone knows who they are. Favorites are given free reign to do as they please and they tend to treat vendors, partners and employees poorly There is no training of any consequence. Each manufacturing facility has their own way of doing things and as a result there is no over arching company culture. Because of the way the company is structured, it would be more accurate to say there are 70+ cultures. A very difficult environment to navigate when trying to work with all the facilities. I also experienced individual locations that have juggled books and used customer funds to improve bottom line. Not good.
