Pros
The benefits are good, but only because they are implemented by Corporate CCL and not the Sioux Falls GM and HR.
Cons
A dismal place to have to go to every day. Senior Management that really does not understand the manufacturing process and therefore places new mid-level management in place that also know very little about the business. Something different is tried every few weeks, Each time the new GM completes another book on how to manage a company. The HR department is not to be trusted, as she approaches retirement she has became a cruel puppet of the egocentric senior management. This is evidenced by former employees turning down offers to come back as CCL tries to hire some people back. Employees should brace themselves AGAIN as fourth quarter approaches and they will need to play the numbers game again and let people go.
