Pros
CCL Label in Shelton CT has great potential but upper management is the wall and until corporate management realizes that CCL Shelton will never reach it's full potential.
Cons
Because of upper management this is not a place where talented people can create a career. If you do not belong to the good ole boys club it does not matter what your qualifications are.
