There is no risk of the place ever shutting down so employment (so long as you show up and actually work) is steady. .
Cons
There isn't much growth as far as career advancement. People tend to get overlooked unless they are friendly with Management. They would rather hire from outside than promote from within and train unless they're in a bind.
