Never ending micromanaging, Having the general manager doing your interview and walk-through should be the first red flag. There is a lot of favoritism and rules will never be apply equally across the board. Quality is ran by the General manager, previous production guy, Driving the quality manager to constantly try to prove him wrong leaving the associates in the middle of the friendly fire, Although her husband is exempt from this behavior, I will not say they are racist because seems like Managment rather hire people that don't speak the language so they cant talk back. People that stay here they simply live far and cant find other opportunities near by and just come here to do their 8 hours to apy their bills.
