Pros
The company is comprised of many plant locations under one company, because of this you get some of the benefits of a small company( personally getting to know every employee) and some of the benefits of a large company( opportunities to travel to other plants for training or relocation opportunities)
Cons
The company is comprised of many plant locations under one company, because of this you get some of the cons of a small company( the ladder is small, few positions to advance to unless someone gets promoted/leaves) and some of the cons of a large company( corporate can impose rules to each plant that your boss has no control over)
