Pros

If you get on the “right” team and build connections with coworkers it isn’t horrible and you definitely will learn the longer you are there about commercial and general liability claims.

Cons

No work life balance, company is growing too fast with a high turnover rate. Little to no training despite a trainer on board. Disconnect between adjusters needs and management expectations.

Pros

- The remote work option is a plus (If your supervisor decides to let you). - My supervisor is great now, very knowledgeable & helps greatly when it comes to learning the actual job (it is unfortunate that this is not always the case, really hit or miss with supervisors). - Reasonable amount of time off (if you can get it approved and provide good enough explanation of why you need time off).

Cons

- Definitely have some PTSD from the first office location that I worked at due to the micromanagement & constant toxicity from that particular supervisor - Definitely some "Rules are for thee, not for me" type management. - It's nice that benefits are offered, however, the medical benefits refuse to cover almost anything. Considering just getting independent medical insurance at this point.
