Pros
- The remote work option is a plus (If your supervisor decides to let you).
- My supervisor is great now, very knowledgeable & helps greatly when it comes to learning the actual job (it is unfortunate that this is not always the case, really hit or miss with supervisors).
- Reasonable amount of time off (if you can get it approved and provide good enough explanation of why you need time off).
Cons
- Definitely have some PTSD from the first office location that I worked at due to the micromanagement & constant toxicity from that particular supervisor - Definitely some "Rules are for thee, not for me" type management.
- It's nice that benefits are offered, however, the medical benefits refuse to cover almost anything. Considering just getting independent medical insurance at this point.
