Pros

Good benefits and bonus programs

Cons

Unless you are related to someone in management do not expect your supervisor or manager to have your back or defend you. If you are not a good fit for your client you will be fired or "laid off". Do not fall for the lies or smiles. You will be fired. You will be expected to work 24-7 and use your private phone for company e-mails so you can work 24-7. If you happen to make it past 3-6 months, keep an eye out for bonus time or when you will be eligible for bonus or stock options. They will walk you out prior to being eligible. The long term employees work 24-7 and will come in on their death bed before missing work. They claim low turnover? Maybe because they fire employees before they quit.

Pros

- The remote work option is a plus (If your supervisor decides to let you). - My supervisor is great now, very knowledgeable & helps greatly when it comes to learning the actual job (it is unfortunate that this is not always the case, really hit or miss with supervisors). - Reasonable amount of time off (if you can get it approved and provide good enough explanation of why you need time off).

Cons

- Definitely have some PTSD from the first office location that I worked at due to the micromanagement & constant toxicity from that particular supervisor - Definitely some "Rules are for thee, not for me" type management. - It's nice that benefits are offered, however, the medical benefits refuse to cover almost anything. Considering just getting independent medical insurance at this point.
