Pros

Has good health care and dental benefits, and I believe training if you work out of any other offices.

Cons

Understaffed, over worked, no Claims Assistant, expect you to work when on vacation and if your sick. If you don't, no one covers your desk and you are responsible for what doesn't happen while you are gone. The pay is about $10k lower a year than other companies. They will love you when things are good and kick you when you are down.

Pros

- The remote work option is a plus (If your supervisor decides to let you). - My supervisor is great now, very knowledgeable & helps greatly when it comes to learning the actual job (it is unfortunate that this is not always the case, really hit or miss with supervisors). - Reasonable amount of time off (if you can get it approved and provide good enough explanation of why you need time off).

Cons

- Definitely have some PTSD from the first office location that I worked at due to the micromanagement & constant toxicity from that particular supervisor - Definitely some "Rules are for thee, not for me" type management. - It's nice that benefits are offered, however, the medical benefits refuse to cover almost anything. Considering just getting independent medical insurance at this point.
