Pros

You do get 4 wks of paid time off and we do get surprised with being able to leave early the day before a holiday

Cons

Management is practically useless, you get 2% raises which is less than inflation, doesnt matter how well you do everyone gets the same pay, no incentive to go above and beyond, your reward for being awesome and getting your work done is to help lazy coworkers who consistently are behind, no growth potential, special rules for special people, company pulled our bonus in 2020 and Adjusters only got a raise because we were about to quit, the pay is much less then what other companies pay.

Thank you for your honest review. We do encourage our staff to reach out to the Human Resources department with complaints/suggestions. The HR department does fully work in the Danville office as well. We also review salary ranges yearly prior to evaluations to ensure we are in line with the market.

Pros

- The remote work option is a plus (If your supervisor decides to let you). - My supervisor is great now, very knowledgeable & helps greatly when it comes to learning the actual job (it is unfortunate that this is not always the case, really hit or miss with supervisors). - Reasonable amount of time off (if you can get it approved and provide good enough explanation of why you need time off).

Cons

- Definitely have some PTSD from the first office location that I worked at due to the micromanagement & constant toxicity from that particular supervisor - Definitely some "Rules are for thee, not for me" type management. - It's nice that benefits are offered, however, the medical benefits refuse to cover almost anything. Considering just getting independent medical insurance at this point.
