Pros

- None, this at the very most should only be a steppingstone in your career.

Cons

- Despite testing positive for COVID-19 I was forced to work under threat of loss of pay or losing my job. - Pay is 20-30% below similar positions at other TPA's, even more w/ Carriers. - 100+ claims assigned a month regularly. - Fear tactics, gaslighting, and a toxic work environment were utilized by supervisors after their failures in maintaining proper staff and providing livable wages which culminated in unmanageable workloads.

Thank you for your opinion. While we don't agree with your review on nearly every comment we would have encouraged you to work with the HR department on these points. If any of our employees tested positive for COVID we would not have asked you to work in the office whatsoever, in fact, we encouraged staff to work remotely when that would happen (if at all possible). We wish you the best of luck in the future.

Pros

- The remote work option is a plus (If your supervisor decides to let you). - My supervisor is great now, very knowledgeable & helps greatly when it comes to learning the actual job (it is unfortunate that this is not always the case, really hit or miss with supervisors). - Reasonable amount of time off (if you can get it approved and provide good enough explanation of why you need time off).

Cons

- Definitely have some PTSD from the first office location that I worked at due to the micromanagement & constant toxicity from that particular supervisor - Definitely some "Rules are for thee, not for me" type management. - It's nice that benefits are offered, however, the medical benefits refuse to cover almost anything. Considering just getting independent medical insurance at this point.
