Pros

Good work life balance. Hybrid working schedule. Good PTO.

Cons

There is not a lot of room for growth it seems. I feel that the pay can be a lot better and the company seems to offer a small annual raise and bonus regardless of your performance, which does not incentivize employees to go above and beyond. The new hire training was practically nonexistent as the company relied heavily on fellow coworkers to train. Health plan is atrocious. No employer contribution to 401k as they offer an ESOP

Thank you for your review. We encourage you to reach out to HR to discuss the cons you've mentioned. We do have extensive new hire training via the Learning Management System and we rely on each office to do the office side training as well. If this isn't being done correctly we'd love to hear about it.

Pros

- The remote work option is a plus (If your supervisor decides to let you). - My supervisor is great now, very knowledgeable & helps greatly when it comes to learning the actual job (it is unfortunate that this is not always the case, really hit or miss with supervisors). - Reasonable amount of time off (if you can get it approved and provide good enough explanation of why you need time off).

Cons

- Definitely have some PTSD from the first office location that I worked at due to the micromanagement & constant toxicity from that particular supervisor - Definitely some "Rules are for thee, not for me" type management. - It's nice that benefits are offered, however, the medical benefits refuse to cover almost anything. Considering just getting independent medical insurance at this point.
