Pros

At a corporate level, they have decent PTO policies. Other than that, don’t have much positive to say.

Cons

- Awful communication + management. There are very few supervisors who can keep up or assist, and no semblance of communication between departments. - awful compensation. Competitors offer way more money and they are misleading regarding bonuses and raises. I was told consistently I was the best worker in my department & would go above and beyond, even training others, and saw nothing for it. - high turnover rate and they shove extra work on you in between filling spots (which there is always a spot to be filled). They definitely don’t tell you about the high turnover rate.

Thank you for your opinionated review. Competitors have offered more money in the past, and we've seen a steady return of workers leaving competitors to return to CCMSI. We do compensation analysis to stay competitive and have merit increases each year dependent on performance evaluations.

Pros

- The remote work option is a plus (If your supervisor decides to let you). - My supervisor is great now, very knowledgeable & helps greatly when it comes to learning the actual job (it is unfortunate that this is not always the case, really hit or miss with supervisors). - Reasonable amount of time off (if you can get it approved and provide good enough explanation of why you need time off).

Cons

- Definitely have some PTSD from the first office location that I worked at due to the micromanagement & constant toxicity from that particular supervisor - Definitely some "Rules are for thee, not for me" type management. - It's nice that benefits are offered, however, the medical benefits refuse to cover almost anything. Considering just getting independent medical insurance at this point.
