Pros

First, it feels really great to work for a company whose mission is inspiring - we get to help people become parents! Behind the scenes, everyone works together as a team and gets along really well together. This company has really evolved over the last couple of years and has made some really incredible improvements to the processes, staffing levels, benefits, pay, and leadership - and it shows! It is evident that the new corporate leadership team is passionate about making CCRM a great place to work. I am thankful every day that I get to work for CCRM!

Cons

CCRM still has some work to do to improve its pay, benefits and training opportunities for staff, but I can already see some drastic improvements in these areas over the last few months and am confident that we will continue to see more positive changes in the coming years and months. CCRM has high standards, as any reputable company would. CCRM is also a healthcare company, which means that healthcare doesn't take vacations, holidays, or sick days. Therefore anyone working for CCRM is expected to work hard, put patients first, treat co-workers with respect and professionalism, and work occassional weekends and holidays. These are not unreasonable expectations for a world class healthcare system, but it's not everyone's cup of tea.

Pros

Great hours. Work from home, decent benefits

Cons

Not worth the mental and emotional burnout! Poor communication from management. Your daily tasks will update 5x a day with each new task being the top priority. Then you'll be "talked to" about how to better prioritize your tasks by the same person that kept changing your work flow. The training is non existent after onboarding and the process/work flow documents they do have are severely out of date and everything is unorganized. Seriously, you'll need about 4 tabs open just to properly work one file. Automation is ruining the billing role and causing issues, and that's going to end up being your fault, even if the file never crosses your workflow because of said automation. And because of automation and your tasks being updated, kpis are hard to hit
