Pros
- CDPR is a great place if you are looking for a challenge. - Nothing is a given thing - things change a lot because being just OK is never accepted. - Starting from the Board member ending on interns people work really hard everyday and because everyone is pulling their weight you fell that the team is strong. - CDPR is a very people oriented company (for the better and for the worse). - Huge drive for quality and creative freedom is being rewarded - if you do an awesome thing people upstairs will take notice. - No corporate overlord because content is king - Overall friendly enviro to grow for junior and a place that will challenge seniors
Cons
- All vegetarian canteen - This is usually not a 8h (and 2h launch break) kind of place - The pressure is big because CDPR strives to be the best and that takes a tool - It can be hard to get your agenda across to top management - they are always on a run doing 20 things at once
