* Some very nice people * A large AAA project * Great artistic value * Nice canteen in the company * A good place if you want to learn as a game developer

Cons

* Traumatic and long crunch periods * Bad planning and fake milestones made just to squeeze the most out of people * Some managers do not care about the team and only focuses on goals * People who disagree become enemies or "do not fit the team" * Large employee rotation * Some managers/directors have zero experience outside the studio and their knowledge is very limited
