Pros

- Very interesting projects - You'll get to work with some extraordinarily talented people - Rapidly growing, but it can lead to a trap. - The company is actively working to make things better internally. - Real talent to emerge with a working game out of the production chaos. - In-house canteen (vegetarian only though!)

Cons

- Out of touch upper management setting fake milestones without prior consulting with anyone actually working on the thing, leading to crushing, over a year long crunch periods. - The company game design-fu seems to be 'do a bunch of game systems separately and try to sew it together somehow later'. - No clear art direction, separate team leads will tell you their separate visions for it, that more often than not contradict. - Since I started working things have gotten very political. Although HR is working to make things better for everyone in the company, if you're not in the favor of the right people, you are just a cog in the machine. This also means the more narcissistic and selfish you are, the higher you will go, even without much experience. - Things are way over-micromanaged by the studio head, although there is a team lead structure in place in the end everything needs to go through him.
