Pros

Work life balance is good.

Cons

No role model to follow in terms of technical talent. Not good salary. People with no real skills get recognized just because they can talk n talk. No work from home. No timely salary hikes.

Pros

the work is neither hard nor demanding and the new blood that coming on seems to be wanting to show their feathers and capabilities to the top brass who are still trying to figure out the direction given the entire change of the top levels

Cons

the work isn't fulfilling and the change in leadership is seemingly lost in translation, not from Chinese to English, but from Silicon Valley-ish to Indianapolis/Atlanta lingo. The mash-up of Vista fame is not happening fast enough to make us famous in a good way.
