Pros

As a software consultant, my position is very flexibility and I have a lot of autonomy. I work with a supportive and collaborative team.

Cons

The company and management does a poor job at communicating organization changes. The company doesn't do much in the way of community involvement or volunteering.

Pros

the work is neither hard nor demanding and the new blood that coming on seems to be wanting to show their feathers and capabilities to the top brass who are still trying to figure out the direction given the entire change of the top levels

Cons

the work isn't fulfilling and the change in leadership is seemingly lost in translation, not from Chinese to English, but from Silicon Valley-ish to Indianapolis/Atlanta lingo. The mash-up of Vista fame is not happening fast enough to make us famous in a good way.
