Flexible work environment (work at home contracts) Great middle management Good product with quick turnaround on releases Good colleagues in the team

Cons

Not competitive renumeration No training for staff Rather short sighted "Penny wise, Pound foolish" - made short terms cuts to the detriments of long term goals

Pros

the work is neither hard nor demanding and the new blood that coming on seems to be wanting to show their feathers and capabilities to the top brass who are still trying to figure out the direction given the entire change of the top levels

Cons

the work isn't fulfilling and the change in leadership is seemingly lost in translation, not from Chinese to English, but from Silicon Valley-ish to Indianapolis/Atlanta lingo. The mash-up of Vista fame is not happening fast enough to make us famous in a good way.
