Knowledgeable colleagues, flexible timing and casual environment. If you have thirst to learn then this is the place but not through work but by personal interest only.
Cons
Hikes are always delayed, this is the only software company i know which gives arrears as they never give hikes on time. They say its intrapenuerial culture but profits are never shared with the employees. Only product company which is currently filling up freshers unlimitedly, and freshers are considered back ups for a 4-6 years experienced folks. Management in bangalore has lost focus on making this a world class RD centre, instead they are taking it to the level of a service company. Technical direction of the company is to visit all the latest technologies but to invest in none, they just look for free softwares and trainings.
