You just need to look at the competitors copies of CDE machine from 10 years ago. Senior staff all approachable
Cons
Hard work (it isn't a holiday camp!) Company growing very fast which makes every day a challenge. Some people thrive on this, many don't survive More admin/non value added work and bureaucracy creeping in as the company grows which can be frustrating
