Pros
- Good benefits, 3 weeks PTO - Most people there are friendly and make an effort to get to know you - Company actively shows it cares about the wellbeing of employees - Office building is beautiful, office space is well maintained
Cons
- Training is not well structured. Often times I felt thrown into situations with far too little guidance beforehand. - Open office layout in the Chicago office was not my favorite, personally. Too loud and too many distractions during the workday. - Was often given conflicting information on how to do things while I was learning how to perform my job duties
