Pros
CDI has some of the best engineering professionals. People from whom I learned quite a bit.
Cons
Management does not care for their employees. This is a contract job disguised as a full time job. Yes you have a yearly salary stated in your offer letter. However, this is contingent on the company getting enough billable work for you to do. If you run out of billable work, they send you home with no pay. This situation is less than ideal for most individuals with families depending on that salary.
