      If you are desperate for income take a position but only for as long as it takes you to find another employer!

      Cons

      Pathological liars. Will look you right in the eye with a smile while they pull the rug out from underneath you. Can't Project Manage. Can't Engineer. Can't Design. Virtually no Project Controls. Changes Management every few months to provide the appearance they are "righting the ship".
