      You have no CDI Management, so you work directly with LyondellBasell.

      Cons

      You have no CDI Management, Medical Insurance is twice as much as anywhere else, No 401K Match & no other benefits. Was told if we wanted pay during Hurricane Harvey, needed to use our PTO.
